This page explains how The Coaches Club handles member and visitor information during the MVP beta.

What we collect

When you join free or register interest in a paid pack, TCC may collect your name, email, role, country, coaching level, career goal, and the product you asked about.

The site also records basic click analytics, such as page path, clicked label, clicked link, and time. This helps us understand what coaches actually use.

How we use it

We use member details to send TCC updates, understand demand, manage paid access requests, and improve the product.

If Supabase or HubSpot is configured, member details may be stored there as the CRM or database system of record. Otherwise they are stored locally for MVP testing.

What we do not do

TCC does not sell member data.

TCC does not ask for sensitive player medical data, private club documents, or confidential scouting material through public forms.

Your choices

You can ask to be removed from the member list or have your details corrected by emailing ••••••••••••k.
